At Homestead Chiropractic, we will always be clear with what to expect. We want you to be as involved in your health as we are.
Upon arrival, you are warmly greeted and given some paperwork to complete that involves answering questions about your health history. This gives us an understanding of how we can best serve your needs. To save time, you are welcome to fill this out beforehand and bring it with you. Otherwise, please allow 15 minutes to complete it in office.
After handing in your paperwork, you will be given a brief and informative tour, to help you get to know our office and feel more at home.
During your consultation, we will discuss your health history, concerns and goals. Our team will explain how principled chiropractic care can remove nerve interference and facilitate healing in your body. This is also your opportunity to ask any questions and learn more about Homestead, your health and chiropractic.
Our thorough assessments will allow us to evaluate with accuracy any areas of nerve stress, dysfunction, and subluxation, as well as the severity of these areas. Our state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment is published by NASA.

While not always necessary, digital, specific, chiropractic postural x-rays will allow us to get an image of the underlying structure protecting your nervous system. This helps us approach your care recommendations, expectations, and any limitations with the most detailed information possible so we are never left guessing with your health. Conveniently located in our office, our x-ray unit is simple and safe, with minuscule exposure, and takes less than 10 minutes to complete.
On your follow-up visit, we will present more information about healthcare, chiropractic, our technique, and expectations of care. Our team will then sit down with you and your loved ones, as we discuss a detailed report of findings from the full analysis of your diagnostics, offering you a customized plan of corrective care tailored to your individual needs and goals.
